Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple screening measure based on your height and weight. For most adults, a BMI of 18.5–24.9 is commonly considered the healthy-weight range, while a BMI of 25 or above falls above that range.
The Lifestyle Optimizer also shows an approximate weight at BMI 25.0, together with practical starting guidance for protein, carbohydrates and daily water intake.
BMI is only one measure. It does not directly assess body fat, muscle mass, fitness or overall health, so use your result as a general reference rather than a diagnosis or prescribed target.
